PEOPLE MAGAZINE EXCLUSIVELY DEBUTS OF "PROM NIGHT" VIDEO FROM VIRAL TIK TOK PHENOM AND RISING POP SONGSTRESS, MAYLYN

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (MAY 19, 2020) – People magazine is exclusively debuting the video for the song, "PROM NIGHT," from viral TikTok phenom and rising pop songstress, Maylyn. The song has become somewhat of a pandemic prom anthem.

The video for the song features photos from a very different "PROM NIGHT" this year – a prom night that took place during a pandemic – as Coronavirus took the last days of school, and the activities that go with them, away from teens all across the world. Maylyn was inspired to write the song by her mother, who is a teacher in Alabama.
