COOPER ALAN HEATS UP SUMMER WITH NEW SINGLE, "PINK UMBRELLA DRINKS"
Rising country star Cooper Alan is set to heat up the summer playlists with his newest single, "Pink Umbrella Drinks."
The song was written by Cooper Alan, Seth Mosley and Victoria Shaw with Shaw and Mosley producing.
"Pink Umbrella Drinks" serves as a fun summertime tribute to that little iconic symbol – the cocktail umbrella. “The song was inspired by a pool party where it seemed like every girl had some kind of fruity concoction in her hand with a pink umbrella in it,” Cooper explained. Pink Umbrella Drinks brings a mixture of Cooper Alan’s love of 90’s/early 2000’s rock influences with today’s country.
It is evident that fans have fallen in love with Cooper Alan and his music – his song, "Climate Change," is headed toward 2 million streams on Spotify.
Released on Cooped Up Records, "Pink Umbrella Drinks" is available now on all streaming outlets.
ABOUT COOPER ALAN:
Cooper Alan was born and bred in the beautiful state of North Carolina. In addition to 4 years at UNC Chapel Hill, he also played every bar, college campus, and Honky Tonk that would allow him and his band to play. Cooper and friends soon became the “go to” band for great music and high energy, all-night throw down performances.
After graduation, he packed up his guitar and moved to Nashville as fast as he could, where he had the incredible luck of meeting hit songwriter/producer Victoria Shaw who signed him to a publishing deal immediately upon meeting the talented singer/songwriter.
Most nights you can find him playing in and around Nashville writing songs with incredible co-writers like Rivers Rutherford, Gary Burr, Seth Mosley, Leslie Satcher, Will Robinson, Kent Blazy, James Dean Hicks, Lee Thomas Miller, and of course, Victoria Shaw. His hit singles include “Climate Change” and “15 to 12”, available on all streaming platforms.
